The application makes a sound that annoys mosquitos, common flies, insects, birds and dogs. Humans can not hear sounds which are approximately frequency of over 17000 Hz.
You may see annoying sound frequencies at below according to internet sources.

- Common fly: 14080 Hz
- Insect: 8000 Hz
